Have you ever had that feeling
That you're standing in a crowded room
Screaming for help
People can hear you
But nobody listens
Well guess what?
So have I

Studies show that 1 in 4 people
Will experience some kind of mental health problem over the course of a single year
With depression and anxiety being the two largest problems
Some overcome these issues
And some do not.

It only takes a second to say 'yes' when someone asks to talk
Or to ask someone if they are ok
But if you only hear the words that they speak
And don't listen to what they're really saying
It may not help at all

So this is our message
DON'T JUST HEAR -- LISTEN
And never be afraid to ask someone to listen to you
It's a simple action to take
But you might just help someone more
Than you could ever know
